What kind of tents are used?
We use top-of -the-line 16ft. canvas air tents. Our tents are very sturdy and durable, reinforced, weatherproof, and fireproof.
How much space is needed for 16ft tent?
The tent will need at least 16×16 plus an additional 2-3 feet for tension ropes so approximately 21 feet. If you have any questions about your space, please let us know and send us a message. We would be happy to help!
What is your service area?
We are based in the Des Moines, IA Metro. To set up your glamping site, we will travel to your home, farm, or campsite of your choice within 50 miles of Downtown Des Moines. (We will go further for an additional fee)
How can I prepare for my rental?
Please ensure your sprinkler system is turned off the day of and the day before so grass is dry when we arrive. Also ensure your yard is free of pet waste matter. After that. you just sit back and relax as we create your experience.
How do I reserve my glamping setup?

How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?
Our glamping tent can include up to 4 twin beds comfortably. If you don’t mind getting cozy and sleeping on the ground with our camp lounge option, about 6-8 glampers can fit in the tent.
Can I reserve multiple outdoor tents?
Yes! Depending on availability. You can check availability on the booknow or by contacting us directly.
Do you pitch at campgrounds?
We currently do not accommodate set ups at campgrounds, parks, or other public spaces unless special accommodations are made ahead of time. Contact us for info.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery & set up is included for locations within our metro area. Contact us if you are outside metro city limits.
When do you set up/tear down?
We always set up by 4pm and pick up after 10am the next day. Depending on travel logistics, we arrive for set up between 9am-3pm.
How does bedding work?
We provide a standard bed sheet, pillows, and a light blanket for each bed. For sleeping, we recommend sleeping bags or for an extra “campy” feel.
Cleaning?
All décor linens are washed & sanitized between each guest. Hard surfaces are disinfected. Rugs & non-washable fabrics are sprayed with natural oils with disinfecting qualities. Finally, our team ensures a distanced drop off & pick up as needed.
How does the theater experience work?
Our in-tent theater comes with a wireless projector that connects to your home Wi-Fi to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. It operates similar to a Roku/Apple Tv. You can also connect directly to a computer, phone, or tablet.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Life happens, plans change. We totally get it! We want you to have the best time as possible, so we don’t like charging fees.
If your plans change and you wish to cancel for any reason at all, contact us no later than 14 days of your booking date to receive a full refund. There are no refunds for any cancellation less than 14 days before the booking date, however the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.
What if it rains?
The canvas tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Rescheduled dates are based on availability.
Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?
We do not currently offer discounts on the nightly base rates. Any add-ons are included for any additional nights.
